General Terms and Conditions of Sale
1. Purpose
These general terms and conditions of sale govern all sales made by 3DPainters through the website 3DPainters.com. By placing an order on this site, the buyer accepts these general terms and conditions of sale without reservation.
2. Products
The products offered for sale are those listed on the website 3DPainters.com at the time of the order. The photographs and descriptions of the products are non-contractual.
3. Prices
The prices displayed on the site are in euros and include all taxes (TTC). Delivery charges are extra and are indicated during the order process. 3DPainters reserves the right to modify the prices at any time, but the products will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time of the order validation, subject to availability.
4. Order
The buyer selects the products they wish to order and adds them to their cart. They then verify the contents of their cart and confirm their order after accepting these general terms and conditions of sale. The order will only be definitively recorded after payment confirmation.
5. Payment
Payment for products is made online by credit card or any other payment method accepted by 3DPainters. Payment is required in full at the time of the order.
6. Delivery
The ordered products will be delivered to the address indicated by the buyer during the order. Delivery times and costs are specified during the order process. 3DPainters commits to making its best efforts to deliver the products within the indicated time frames, but cannot be held responsible for any delays.
7. Right of Withdrawal
The buyer has a period of 14 days from the receipt of the products to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to justify any reason or pay any penalties, except for return shipping costs.
8. Warranty
The products sold benefit from the legal warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects, in accordance with applicable legal provisions.
9. Liability
3DPainters disclaims any liability for the use that may be made of the products sold on its site. The buyer is solely responsible for the use they make of the products.
10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These general terms and conditions of sale are subject to French law. In case of dispute, the French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
